The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels – beginners to advanced. So, no matter your fitness level we can cater for your needs and help you to achieve your personal goals and objectives.
All exercises during the sessions are adapted to the individual where required – no one is forced to do anything they are not comfortable with!
Paul is a motivational, enthusiastic, fun and adaptable trainer. He provides sessions and classes that adapt to your needs; whether you are a complete beginner or want to take your fitness to the next level. You’ll be pushed to your personal limits.

He believes that every session should be preformed to the highest standard possible whilst making every member or new person welcome and accommodated for.
Rob has developed the nickname ‘Evil Rob’ for his enthusiastic approach, safely pushing you to your personal limits. Rob’s passion is to educate, motivate and inspire every single member his classes to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Jon has been taking our bootcamp classes for over 2 years now and has established himself as one of the very best in the business! His well-organised, varied & fun approach creates unique and addictive sessions which keeps members coming back for more. Jon firmly believes in ‘making fitness fun’ and members rarely leave one of his sessions without a smile on their face. Jon’s fitness qualifications include PT Level 3.

When I first started Bootcamp people I know used to comment, “You\’re Brave!” I\’ve found since joining 2 months ago it\’s not as scary as people make out I have began a new way of living and it\’s good to see that it\’s paying off by becoming fitter each week and seeing the lbs go the right way on the scales-downwards!! I have been to a number of sessions across available and each session has been fun and never the same as the last. All the instructors are encouraging and people within the group are positive too. It\’s good to know someone will encourage you to press that little bit further than before because they know you can do it, even when you think you can\’t
