  • Tuesdays 18.30-19.30
  • Thursdays 18.30-19.30
  • Saturday 09.00-10.30

About the class

Bootcamps in York are ran at the infamous Knavesmire which is directly next to York Race Course in south side of York. Classes cater for all abilities of fitness. If you have never been to one of our classes please email york@ukoutdoorfitness.com You will be required to fill in a health par q form before attending any of our classes

  4. Sport clothing and Adequate trainers
  5. If it is raining yes we still go on (The muddier the more fun)
  6. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early with forms filled in
  7. Please be honest about your fitness level
  8. You can work at your own pace but will be pushed to your level by our highly trained trainers
  9. Bring a bin liner for your car if it is raining to stop your car getting muddy
  10. Be ready for fun

I have been a member of bootcamp for 4 years regularly attending classes each week. These classes have made a difference to both my physical and mental health. I have seen a difference to my fitness levels and have dropped a dress size. I have entered 10k and mud races with UK Outdoor Fitness something I would never have dreamt of before. The best thing for me however, about bootcamp is the people and the encouragement you receive. I have met people who have become good friends and have looked out for each other during this difficult lockdown period. I am impressed with how adaptable  UK Outdoor Fitness have been during Covid.
