UK Outdoor Fitness prides itself in offering high quality, safe and extremely fun fitness sessions for all. For a fraction of the price of gym membership, we provide a far superior workout under the instruction of highly qualified and experienced fitness trainers.
Suitable for all levels of fitness - ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS to ADVANCED. Our training sessions include both strength and cardiovascular exercise, using your own bodyweight and equipment to give you a fantastic motivational, fun and effective workout. See quick results, whether it is weight loss or to improve your overall fitness. We believe that yes, many people want an extreme work out, but also know that this isn't the case for the majority, so we offer different levels of work out, from beginners, to healthy movers and up to the fitness fanatics.
The UK population is ever growing into an unhealthy, unfit nation, which is not good for your health or longevity of life. Many people live a static based life working in an office, sat in a car, meeting or at a desk all day, meaning a lot of the time not moving around. The majority of the UK population does not move enough let alone exercise enough. Whatever situation you are in, whatever fitness level, size or shape you are, it.s time to do something about it, whilst having fun and meeting a lot of new genuinely nice people.

BEGINNERS/NEW STARTERS: New to exercise, wanting to lose the pounds and get fit for life?
Not everyone enjoys exercise, has the confidence to go to a gym or even contemplate where to start with exercise and losing weight. This is where we tailor our beginner/new starter sessions to help people new to exercise or wanting to lose weight with a fun all round body session whilst not having to slog it or run around a park or on a treadmill. You don't have to run miles to lose the weight. We will help increase your level of fitness safely as well as advise you on diet and nutrition to get your fitness up, lose the pounds and get you back into the dress or top that is too tight to wear. Whatever level you feel you are at we can help!
HEALTHY FIT MOVERS/INTERMEDIATE: Exercise moderately? Want to get fitter? Ready to step it up to the next level?
If you already have a basic/good level of fitness and want to take it to the next level, lose weight, tone up or get fitter for a specific sport we offer in our sessions the chance for a hard work out, whilst not completely suffering where you can't move, speak or catch your breath. This is a good fun but hard work out! At this level you really are keeping fit for life which will make you feel better in the morning more productive at work and give you an all over body work out.
FITNESS FANATICS/ADVANCED: Wanting an advanced, adrenalin filled, powerful, pumped, and intense workout?
If you are a fitness fanatic wanting an extreme, hard and advance working to take your fitness to the next level then this is the perfect work out for you. Challenge yourself to some of the newest to traditional training techniques using the full body from plyometric exercises, static based endurance circuits, to intervals and hill sprints. This session will burn calories both during & after the workout, strengthen and advance your fitness for even the fittest of people. Come along and have a brilliant work out whilst still having fun.
