UK Outdoor Fitness offers a great way of getting fit, toning up, losing weight, having fun whilst enjoying the outdoors!
For a fraction of the price of gym membership, you can have a superior workout session under the instruction of personal trainers (all REPs level 3 and above). Our instructors will help you acheive your goals in a motivating, fun and effective manner.
UK Outdoor Fitness takes place at Kirkstall Abbey every Tuesday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:00am.
The meeting point is the main car park on Abbey Road opposite the Abbey

Our fitness sessions range from body weight exercises, to the use of sports equipment such as VIPRs, kettlebells, TRX suspension training and medicine balls.
The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels - beginners to advanced. So, no matter your fitness level we can cater for your needs and help you to achieve your personal goals and objectives.
All exercises during the sessions are adapted to the individual where required - no one is forced to do anything they are not comfortable with!
