When I first started Bootcamp people I know used to comment, “You’re Brave!” I’ve found since joining 2 months ago it’s not as scary as people make out I have began a new way of living and it’s good to see that it’s paying off by becoming fitter each week and seeing the lbs go the right way on the scales-downwards!! I have been to a number of sessions across available and each session has been fun and never the same as the last. All the instructors are encouraging and people within the group are positive too. It’s good to know someone will encourage you to press that little bit further than before because they know you can do it, even when you think you can’t

I started bootcamp around a year ago as a big size 12 and 11st4 not really thinking I had a problem. I went to bootcamp as I knew I needed to get fit and exercise was something I didn’t really enjoy. I found the sessions really difficult at first and struggled to keep up but loved the challenge of it. I couldn’t even run to the bottom of my street! A year down the line I’m now a size 8/10 and 9st2 and much more toned and my fitness levels have sored! I absolutely love the sessions and cannot recommend them enough. All instructors bring variety, challenges and fun to each and every session. For anyone thinking ‘I can’t do this’, you definitely can! Not only have I seen changes in myself but I have seen some unreal changes in the people I have spent time with at Bootcamp
