For a fraction of the price of gym membership you will have a superior workout session under the instruction of Personal Trainers/Fitness Instructors (all REPs level 3 and above). Our instructors will help you achieve your goals in a motivating, fun and effective manner.

I started bootcamp around a year ago as a big size 12 and 11st4 not really thinking I had a problem. I went to bootcamp as I knew I needed to get fit and exercise was something I didn’t really enjoy. I found the sessions really difficult at first and struggled to keep up but loved the challenge of it. I couldn’t even run to the bottom of my street! A year down the line I’m now a size 8/10 and 9st2 and much more toned and my fitness levels have sored! I absolutely love the sessions and cannot recommend them enough. All instructors bring variety, challenges and fun to each and every session. For anyone thinking ‘I can’t do this’, you definitely can! Not only have I seen changes in myself but I have seen some unreal changes in the people I have spent time with at Bootcamp
